Temp HR Assistant
Location - East Sussex
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm or 9am - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch
Free Parking
Pay - £10.00
Start Date - ASAP
Duration 6-8 weeks
I have a client based in East Sussex who is looking for a HR Assistant. The right candidate will have HR admin experience in order to hit the ground running and support the team.
Duties to include
-Provide the most professional and effective guidance, service and employee support across the whole organisation.
-Implement HR Strategy across the organisation ensuring that it contributes to overall organisational goals and values.
-Ensure that all members of staff are clear about their roles and responsibilities and how they are performing through consistently reinforcing company processes.
-Consistently promote and use tools and events which facilitate internal company communication. Assist and guide others in use of same.
-Promote the values and goals of the company to all employees.
-Support management in the application of disciplinary processes when necessary.
-Use Human resources systems, including personnel records, recruitment and exit procedures, and HR policies appropriately and make suggestions as to their improvement.
-Maintain cost effective company benefits.
-Promote fair treatment and the welfare of employees and address any potential issues of bullying, discrimination or exclusion.
-It will include some recruitment work, interviewing etc.
