A government organisation seeks a dynamic receptionist to manage a busy reception desk.
Proactive to ensure the smooth running of the reception area and waiting room.
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills on the telephone and front facing.
The role can be extremely busy and they should be able to remain calm when dealing with difficult situations escalating as required.
The receptionist will also be involved with arranging contractors to site and performing some H&S tasks. **Please note this is a receptionist role agreed to be paid as a Band 2 and there may be a requirement for the successful candidate to cover other admin tasks
The pay is 9.37 to 11.30 per hour and the working pattern is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Vetting will be carried out on the successful candidate as well as 3 years worth of referencing.
