Job Description

Role - temp Secretary/ Typist
Start Date - asap
Duration - 3-6 weeks
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm
Location - Tunbridge Wells

We are looking for a keen, motivated and approachable candidate who can support a small family run business.

This role will be a general alround role as it will include reception, general admin, use of MS Excel and Word as well as Audio Typing experience.

Duties to include
* Answering Incoming Calls
*Incoming/Outgoing post
*Front of House duties - front door, meet and greet as required
*Typing as required
*Document creation and amendment

We need someone to
-Be able to answer the phone confidently and collect the required information from the caller to be able to transfer the call to the correct person in the company.
-Be able to pick a new system quickly and work independently
-Be able to type from dictation accurately and quickly with interruptions!
-Be able to use Microsoft word and excel to a good standard
