Job Description

We are looking for two members of staff who are happy to work on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern 6pm until 6am with 1 hour for lunch (paid for 11.5 hours per day of work).

As a person you will be liaising with lots of different people ranging from the customers directly, transport, warehouse through to colleagues in your team.

The role is very much about offering good solid customer service support.
In some calls you may be able to assist immediately, or may need to take details from your caller to establish the situation & contact them back with your findings.
