Job Description

Temp to Perm Customer Service Administrator
Pay as temp - £8.00 - £8.50 per hour
Salary as perm - £16,000
Location - Paddock Wood
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm

Job Role

To undertake a wide range of duties ensuring that both companies Fulfilment processes are adhered to. Undertake general administration throughout the working environment, maintaining a flexible approach and work ethic. To promote a positive and pro-active client interface and liaise with the sales team. To maximise all sales and business opportunities that may arise. To continually strive to exceed the customers expectations.

Duties will include
-To provide a single point of contact for all fulfilment customers.
-Provide courteous and efficient services to all customers.
-To provide sales support to the Area Sales Managers
-Ensure that all orders are processed in a timely and accurate way
-Ensure that all Customer Services procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy

Detailed Objectives
-Receive and action all fulfilment orders for.
-Co-ordinate the Fulfilment Office effectively during the Fulfilment Season
-Work alongside other Customer Service Adviser's when not involved in Fulfilment duties
-Ensure all fulfilment sampling is processed as required.
-Ensure all incoming fulfilment correspondence is date stamped on receipt.
-Pass all relevant information to whom it may concern the same day of receipt.
-Load all fulfilment orders within 24 hours of receipt.
-Discuss customer enquiries as required and resolve any issue in a polite and timely manner.
-Ensure that all orders dispatched the previous working day are invoiced.
-Ensure that all telephone calls are answered within 3 ring tones and in accordance with company policy.
-Maintain the computerised records of customer details to ensure the accurate delivery and pricing if product.
-Load ticket and paper orders as necessary
-Prepare and send invoices out to customers.
-Prompt resolution of all customer queries.
-Provision of email, phone support and quick resolution to queries for ASMs
-Raise requests for credits as required.
-Fulfil all early or late shift duties as required.
-Open company post as required
-Complete all tasks relating to your own area of responsibility within the department.
-Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.
-Assist in combining post to be sent to all ASMs as required.
-Carry out tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
