Job Description

Do you want to become a Production Operator at a global organisation?

Do you have the transferable skills which will enable you to go through the training plan to develop from a Production Attendant to a Production Operator?

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is working in partnership with our client to provide Production Attendants who will work through Brook Street in our client's state-of-the-art Production facility while training and learning on-the-job to become experienced and fully-trained Production Operators.

The aim of starting the successful candidate in this role is to maintain efficient production, ensure that quality remains a top priority, and to enable the new entrant to become a permanent member of the team within a 12-month period by following the Learning & Development plan.

Candidates should come from a Manufacturing or Production background and, if not, must be able to demonstrate transferable skills from their previous work history. This role is not viewed as an interim role by Brook Street (UK) Ltd or our client so candidates must be prepared to develop a full career with our client and to develop into an experienced Production Operator who can add value to our client and their customers in this particular industry.

In addition to being paid £11.34 per hour, the Production Operator benefits from a fantastic shirt rota which enables them to have 5 days off every second week. Other benefits include free parking, health & well-being activities, break-out areas, and company initiatives such as the family fun day.

The 24/7 rota begins at 0700 and runs until 1900, and the next shift commences at 1900 and operates until 0700. The days in the first week of the rota are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The second week of the rota is Wednesday and Thursday. The first two weeks are days and the second two weeks are nights.

If you would like to apply for this temporary-to-permanent Production Attendant / Production Operator role, please call Brian Horan at Brook Street (UK) Ltd on 028 90 881100 or email your CV via the 'Apply' link.
