My client looking for a Desktop Support Technician for w/c 23 September until 4 October.
They require someone who can provide first-line support to the employees both remotely and at their desks with all manner of queries ranging from screens not working, PC not logging in and other IT software related issues. General troubleshooting.
This person will need to look at the central log and be able to prioritise queries.
They will also be required to look at the Printers and change toners if required and other minor problems.
