Job Description

Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £9.80 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (Flexible)

Contract: Temporary Contract (4 Weeks - Potential to become Permanent)

The role you'll do:

Our client's success has led to rapid growth in 2020/2021, seeing them open more showrooms and expand their footprint into the US market. As their growth continues, they are now recruiting candidates to join them on this exciting journey and play a big part in their ongoing success!

You will be supporting the Head of the Customer Care Team with everyday general administration duties.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Make sure all administrative tasks are completed on time and to an exceptional standard
  • Offer problem solving solutions and follow up with stakeholders/departments with a 'can do attitude'
  • Identify and report on any processes that result in a poor customer experience
  • Accurately recording information at all stages of the reporting reviews to ensure records are up-to-date
  • Meeting daily KPI targets and working as a team to achieve weekly targets
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Accurately recording any data provided at all times.

Personal competencies our client is looking for:

  • GCSE level C or above in English and Maths
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills
  • Customer Service experience
