We are looking to increase our temporary work force for a fantastic large public sector client based in Folkestone.
These exciting long term temporary opportunities are a variety of administration, data entry, report writing and preparing paperwork.
The role is varied and challenging and involves completing accurate work to deadlines.
The position requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages as well as a good standard of written English.
We have 2 positions based in transport which will require a full manual licence, these roles are dealing with company fleet, including delivery of vehicles in a 20 mile radius and office admin relating to all aspects of the vehicle including mileage logs, accident reports etc
3 positions are based in the Estates department dealing with all facilities management of various sites, including booking accommodation in the UK and abroad, updating daily / weekly report and general admin.
1 role is based in Finance. This role is an analytical role dealing with the daily data entry within the finance team. Attention to detail and experience of Excel would be advantageous.
3 positions available in the penalty enforcement department. Receiving and reviewing incoming case files .Maintaining accurate case records. Issuing penalty case paperwork, including penalty notices, with output in accordance with local targets. Dealing with administrative casework tasks. Assessing and responding to the emails and post appropriately. Answering the team phone to deal with customer queries in relation to penalty cases.
In addition to theses we are also recruiting for general administrators.
Each role is 37 hrs per week Monday to Friday paid weekly at £8.36/£9.51-£10.36/£12.14 per hour.
Each position is for approx 6 months - 9 months and will be subject to home office clearance which will require proof of UK residency and proof of address.
