We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Contact Centre Advisor in Worcester.
Payrate = £9.14 per hour
Overtime available Paid at = 1 and 1/2 times = £13.71 and Double time = £18.28 per hour
Hours = 40 per week

The ideal Temporary Contact Centre Advisor candidate would be able to demonstrate excellent people skills and have a strong back ground in customer facing roles. Call centre experience is desired but we are happy to meet candidates from other customer service backgrounds.
As a Temporary Contact Centre Advisor will be taking incoming phone calls, arranging appointments, dealing with queries along with any related administration and data entry.
