Assistant Night Duty Manager - Temp Assignment - Immediate start - £10.50ph - East London
I`m excited to be representing my client in their search for an Assistant Night Manager for their mixed aged residential home. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and security of the building where you will be able you utilise your 1st class communication skills in ensuring that the needs of the residents are met. Building relationships with the service users and creating an environment that maximising their independence is vital, so having experience working within a residential/care setting is essential. The shifts are 8pm to 8am and being able to deputise in the absence of the Manager with demonstrate your ability to step up. Shifts are allocated on a rota basis and can include weekends, so a level of flexibility is needed. PLEASE NOTE: This would not suit someone from a hotel/corporate background. Some of the residents have challenging behaviours, so experience in this field is essential.
