Starting in September 2020 and working for 5 weeks from the comfort of your own home, the role involves:


Key responsibilities
Source, qualify and screen candidates, provide qualified shortlists and candidate insights for hiring managers
Manage the selection, presentation, negotiation, offer, closing and administrative aspects involved in full lifecycle recruiting
Seek out ways to enhance or compliment client resourcing strategies and improve time to hire metrics
Consistently and innovatively work with clients to identify, source and attract the best sources of talent
Work in partnership with the resourcing delivery teams, ensuring key recruitment activities are appropriately recorded and evidenced on the relevant ATS system or as otherwise directed.

Essential skills
Previous experience in delivering and meeting clients' high volume and/or specialist recruitment requirements
Good analytical and organizational skills utilising management information data metrics
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Previous experience of working in a team-oriented environment to deliver results at pace
Experienced in selection, in particular sifting candidates against agreed competencies/behaviours

Desirable Skills
Experience and knowledge of on-line Applicant Tracking Systems
Recruitment or work experience within UK Government environment
IRP or CIPD qualified or similar ? Understanding and awareness of Government Shared Services model
Proven track record of sourcing using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and Boolean search methods

Security Clearance
We must ensure our employees are cleared to the required levels for the role they are applying to. You will therefore be required to complete a successful United Kingdom Security Vetting Security Check (SC).
