Job Description

I am recruiting a Secretary on behalf of my Client based in Hythe.
They are looking for someone who has secretarial and audio typing experience to help them cover holiday leave (usually 5 weeks per year).

Details;
Start Date - Monday 3rd August for 1 week
Hours - Mon - Fri - 9.30am till 5pm
Pay - £10 per hour
Dress Code- Smart Casual


Job Description;
" Answering calls, e-mails and correspondence through the post
" Audio typing from tapes, hand written notes and live speech
" General secretarial duties

Ideally the chosen candidate will have all relevant experience, a positive attitude towards work and the ability to work well within a small team.

**Previous experience in audio typing and the use of Microsoft packages is essential. **
