We are recruiting for a Temporary Adhoc Receptionist/Administrator for my client based in several locations in London.
My client is a Personal Training Specialist Centre, well known for their amazing body transformations.
Hourly rate: £ 11-£12p/h.
Start date: Monday 3rd May
Hours: Between 6am and 7:30pm (some days part time and others full time)
The ideal candidate will have energy, personality and a 'can-do' attitude.
Proven work experience in a front of house position
Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent numeracy skills and a high attention to detail and accuracy
Confident and professional with exceptional customer service skills
Proven ability to multi-task and maintain a flexible and organised approach in a busy, fast-moving environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Complete discretion when dealing with confidential work situations
Responsibilities will include:
Acting as front of house in a small private environment
Answering client and potential client enquires (phone, email, in-house)
Ensuring reception area and changing rooms are tidy and presentable at all times
Providing outstanding ongoing customer service and handling client queries both face-to-face and by email
Taking payments via in-house system
Scheduling appointments and updating multiple diaries
General administration support as needed
