"To develop and lead implementation of the Trust's temporary staffing strategy
"To develop and lead an integrated temporary staffing function
"To operationally manage the temporary staffing function
"To streamline booking and payment processes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost reduction
"To ensure that the supply of staff from the temporary staffing bank is sufficient and able to meet the needs of services
"To advise senior managers about ways to reduce temporary staffing spend
"To manage external agency contracts associated with the supply of temporary staffing
"To provide reports to the Workforce Committee and Board of Directors on the use of temporary staffing.
