Job Description

Salary: £11,000 per annum (based on working 20 hours per week)
Hours: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week totalling 20 hours. (The times can be flexible but the ideal is 8am-12pm Monday - Friday)
Start date: 1st March
You will start off as a temporary member of staff working via Brook Street and then to permanent.

This role will be initially working from home but with the view to work within the Edenbridge office when it re-opens.
Fluent French is essential for this role both written and verbal, ideally this will be your 1st language and English as your 2nd, however if not you will only be speaking with French customers so you must be fluent.

You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls from the French customers and respond to all incoming emails from the customers, supporting the two Sales Managers with daily requests, communicate activity on the company website and manage the social media for the French team, translate documents and marketing material including catalogues, articles and posts and participate in the development of the company on the French market.

You will be a versatile individual and be able to carry out various tasks between the French Customers, UK office and French Sales team.
