Job Description
Temporary Transport Coordinator
Location : Tunbridge Wells
Salary - Temp £10.00 per hour
Hours - 48 per week
Duration - 1/3 months
Shift Hours - 4.30am till 2.15pm/11am till 8.45pm/2pm till 11pm
Monday to Friday / Tuesday to Saturday

This role is an industrial, high pressured office based clerical role. We are looking for a very confident, enthusiastic, motivated, forward thinking candidate to work in a fast paced environment. This company is looking for right type of personality to fit the role, the candidate must be open minded, have great communication skills and not afraid to stand their ground!
Duties will include:
Talking to drivers & navigating routes, collating reports, dealing with any missing parcels, dealing with estimated times of arrival, problem solving, managing a dispatch of 22 vehicles daily, making sure all delivery drivers comply with company policies and procedures as well as managing crew conflict. Arranging and conducting investigations. Scanning paperwork at the end of shifts, dealing with any forward bookings and how many staff is required for that booking, re-organising any deliveries that have not been delivered. This will all be done using their bespoke in-house database and excel spreadsheets, so you must be confident in using computers.
Transport/Fleet experience is essential, as well as strong administrative/coordinating experience!
