Are you looking for a brand new housing opportunity on a 12 week temporary opportunity?

The role of the tenancy sustainment officer is working Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00, you will be working within the community visiting tenants. The tenants have mental health issues, complex needs, substance misuse and finicial issues. You are acting as a social landlord going to the properties, inspecting, dealing with rent, welfare and safeguarding. You will be required to drive as you will be travelling to different areas.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the housing sector, you are able to work on your own and be flexible in travelling. We are looking for individuals who are reliable and trustworthy and flexible to start straight away.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience in social care or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have a DBS on the update service we would love to hear from you!
