Job Description
Term Time ONLY- Customer Service Executive
I am recruiting for an TERM TIME ONLY Customer Engagement Executive paying a salary of £15600 for a company that is based in Coventry.
THE ROLE
"Customer engagement is vital to ensure that customers are getting great value from the product as well as the business achieving long term profitability. We`re looking for enthusiastic, optimistic people to join a new team."
DUTIES
- Spend time with our customers, via the phone, to drive usage: with the clear objective of increasing transaction volume from our existing customer base
-Dealing with clients and customers general queries
-Provide excellent customer service and respond well to customer service targets
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to confidently provide support to customers with varying levels of technical ability and experience.
- Ability to interpret fault descriptions provided by customers and translate these into resolutions.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work in a high-pressured environment
- Confident, bright
