Job title: TPM Co-ordinator

Hours: Monday - Friday

Location: Herefordshire

As a TPM Co-ordinator you are responsible for:

"The maintenance and updating of the maintenance management system
"Arranging contractors in line with planned maintenance activity
"Working alongside the production and planning team to schedule maintenance activities
"Monitoring the equipment spares and replacement parts; replenishing as required
"Reviewing maintenance activity and updating planned maintenance appropriately
"Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
"Reviewing downtime data
"Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance
"Schedule predictive and preventive maintenance activities
"Mentor teams and other employees in TPM methodologies
"Collaborating with all stakeholders
"Supporting 6S implementation
"Auditing

Skills and Experience Required:

"Must have at least 5 years` experience working as a maintenance engineer
"Must have at least 5 years` experience working in a manufacturing environment
"Must have a minimum of 3 years working with the implementation and overseeing TPM initiatives within a manufacturing environment
"Must be computer literate; Microsoft packages and management systems
"Good project management skills
"Proven success making data driven decisions
"Must have strong conflict management and negation skills
