A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Trade Counter Assistant working for a large electrical company based in the Gateshead area.
This role requires someone with excellent customer service skills and who can communicate at all levels.
Within the duties of this role, you will require to work on the Trade Counter and up sell products to customers both over the telephone and face to face. Guiding people on the companies website will be a large part of this role.
Further duties will involve some picking and packing in the warehouse.
Our client has an investor in people award and is dedicated to training staff in all areas of their role.
Hours- Monday- Friday 8am to 4.30pm
Pay rate- £9.00
Type- Temporary to Permanent
