Trade Counter Sales Assistant
An amazing opportunity has just arisen for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant with a forward thinking company whose customers are at the heart of the business.
They have 16 branches and operations in 32 countries worldwide!
Main duties include:
Identifying business sales opportunities and seeing them through to revenue generation.
Supporting customer enquiries face to face, by phone, email and internet.
Proactively reaching out to customers to identify and secure business growth opportunities.
Maintaining excellent marketing displays and supplier promotional activity.
Demonstrating and building excellent customer relationships by applying `best in class` customer service.
Sourcing and providing technical support to customer`s product enquiries.
Supporting stock inventory and housekeeping processes.
Ensuring branch and individual targets are met through working as one team.
They are looking for:
Ideally some form of electrical experience, but not essential.
A full driving licence.
Sales driven and target focussed demonstrating commercial acumen.
Evident ability to succeed in a local inbound and/or outbound sales function within a customer support environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
Flexible approach to deliver role expectations.
Computer literacy required.
Previous experience in a commercial products supply environment and/or electrical knowledge/qualification is desirable but not essential.
