Trade Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Based in Salford, this is a great opportunity to join a long established and successful organisation

They are now looking for an enthusiastic person who is looking for their next challenge to join the sales and service department and make a positive contribution to the team.

Main duties:
Accurately process orders and quotations
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the existing customer base
Keeping records of daily sales and quotes activity
Follow up on quotations
Provide support to the Field Sales team.
Pro-actively promote enquiries and orders


You should be computer literate and have the ability to adapt to their house computer system. You should be confident, clear and concise when dealing with customers and colleagues, be driven, ambitious and very much a team player.
