Job Description

Due to a new opening in our Gatwick Branch we're looking for a new ambitious Branch Assistant / Trade Sales person to come on board and get stuck in.
We're a leading supplier for both Trade and the General Public when it comes to electrical tools and components. We're obsessed with customer service and creating the best experience possible to build on our amazing reputation. Not only do we pride ourselves on our customer care but we look after our staff as well!

Your new job will be mainly Trade Sales but we'll throw in a few extra duties to keep you on your toes. If you could help out with a bit of stick control and jumping in the warehouse when needed that would be great. We all pull together here to keep the branch running smoothly and we're a real close team loves what they do!
Customer service and support is the number one driver for your new job. You will be dealing with both inbound and outbound sales enquiries, finding out the customer's needs and doing everything you can to make sure they leave feeling happy with their visit and have acquired everything they need. Upselling is key to meeting our sales targets, digging into what the customer wants and adding on sales to improve their experience.
We don't expect you to come in as an expert as we'll offer all the training you need. You will learn on the job and you'll be flying and full of product knowledge in no time.
We're a Monday - Friday company 8am - 4.30pm.

Who we're looking for is somebody who has the drive and commitment to learn our products inside out and give the best customer experience at every possible opportunity. Someone who looks at our targets and thinks about what they can do to help achieve that on a daily basis.


Retail or Trade Sales background would be great.
Somebody with experience of Electrical install would be awesome but not essential.
The drive to make a difference is what we really want!

£19-21k + bonus and incentives!
