My client is a fast growing indoor and outdoor decor business who work in trade shows across the UK and France. They have rapidly expanded into Lighting, Homeware, Indoor Furniture and Kitchenware to meet the growing needs of their customers, they now have over 800 products in our collection. My client is looking for a talented and professional Sales Executive to join their fast-growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. They are offering a salary of £25,000 plus commission and great benefits. As part of the team your role will be fast-paced and varied, with travel involved. The role is a great opportunity to learn about the homeware industry, and as the business develops, there is also a chance for future international travel as we develop the brand beyond the UK. If you are proficient with systems, particularly ERP and all Microsoft Office packages, Excel essential, then this could be a great new role for you.
Your key responsibilities will be;
-You will ensure your accounts beat their sales target for the year.
-You will bring on new customers as per sales plan.
- You can manage account relationships including customer visits, reviewing sales and introducing new ranges.
-You will input to product planning processes, supporting with forecasting and range feedback
-You can support finance with credit control.
-You can maintain accurate system setup and customer data.
-You will support the Commercial Director in development of business sales strategy, for effective multichannel growth between trade and direct-to-consumer.
