Role Summary

Traffic Management Marshals role is assisting and managing the flow of traffic in a busy public pay to use car park; patrolling car park area, providing excellent customer service to members of the public, as a Traffic Marshal you will play a significant role in reducing traffic congestion in the car park and the implementation in the enforcement of parking restrictions.

Your day will be spent outside in all weather conditions. You will be dealing with members of the public face to face, so customer service must be something you enjoy, and you must be able to handle difficult situations at times. Full training will be provided.

You will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10-4.
As a Traffic Management Marshal you must enjoy dealing with people, be friendly, polite, and willing to offer support, advice and assistance to colleagues and customers.
The uniform requirements are - smart black trousers, blue / white shirt, shoes (no jeans or trainers) and (optional) plain blue jumper and a hi-vis jacket / vest that you must provide yourself.
