Brook Street have been engaged by a highly reputable organisation based in Inverness City Centre to recruit a Trainee Accounts Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.

" Data entry
" Dealing with invoice/accounts queries
" Allocating client receipts from bank statements / credit card
" Monthly /quarterly reconciliations
" Timely banking of cheque and cash receipts
" Take card payments from clients over telephone
" Credit Control
" Handling client correspondence and managing email inboxes
" Preparing reports for the team and ensuring data is readily available
" Strong written and verbal communication skills.
" Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel in particular.
" Previous experience of working in an office administration/business support environment.
" Customer service.
" React quickly to business needs
" Deal with any issues in a non-defeatist and optimistic manner
