Trainee Administrator

Job Description

Hours: Mon - Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturday`s 9.00am - 3.00pm

If so this might be the opportunity for you. My client is a local growing insurance firm who are looking to add a new sales executive to their growing team.

Duties to include:

Respond to enquiries from clients, brokers & underwriters by phone, email & fax.
Speak with new customers and complete sales of insurance policies.
Complete all necessary paperwork to complete sales & pass details over to administration team.
Deal with all other adhoc duties.
Complete and update validations

Person Spec:

Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work to targets
Good level of attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Word & Excel
Confident & outgoing personality
