Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of a growing company to allow them to grow their business they are looking for a trainee Butcher.
You will receive full training within the role so no previous butchery experience required, however this would suit someone with knife skills and that has previously worked in a kitchen as a chef or assistant chef.
You will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday with every Sunday and Monday off and you will finish work at 5pm each day!
Hours are 7.45 -5pm with 30 mins lunch. You will be working a developing your skills within a skilled team of professionals.
Based in the attractive market town of Deeping, their newly refurbished delicatessen and butchers` shop.
The role would suit a well-motivated person with good self-organisational, customer and team relationship skills. Must have a good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety in the workplace.
The successful applicant will ultimately be required to live within reasonable travel distance of Deeping. You may also be asked to cover local locations from time to time however all expenses would be paid.
