Our client offers individual, tailored made mortgages through their membership services and they are offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team for someone at entry level with the scope for progression in their compliance team.

Hours are 35 hours per week. 9-5 but can be flexible.

All training will be provided by the company and no background knowledge of mortgages is necessary.

Main Duties:-
Building a good report with mortgage advisers via email and phone
Ensuring the member`s files meet with compliance for the Financial Service Agency and if not then offering guidance as to what needs to be improved to they meet company standards
To instruct and coach members in order to improve risk assessments

The successful candidate would need to have:-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good team player to be able to work on their own initiative
Good computer skills
Highly motivated
Good interpersonal skills
