Job Description

Our client based in the Cardiff area are looking for a Trainee Export Customer Services Co-ordinator for Germany.

It is essential that you are fluent in German as you would be dealing with solely German export customers.

You will be processing all German orders speedily, speaking only to German customers
Provide sales information upon request and contact customers with outstanding monies to obtain payments.
To reply to incoming sales enquiries received via website
To work closely with the Despatch Department to ensure goods are despatched accurately to end user.
To prepare all Export documentation
