Our client is a Lloyd's market Insurance brokers and they are urgently recruiting for a Trainee to join them in their IBA accounts team in their regional offices in Rayleigh Essex.

IBA is an area of accounts specifically for the Insurance industry and there is a great career path for the right person

They are ideally looking for a recent school or college leaver with at least 5 good GCSE passes ( including Maths and English min grade Cs) and also good academic 'A'levels ( or BTEC equivalent or similar) who has a good head for figures, is confident with using Excel and looking to start their career with finance

In "normal" circumstances you will work a mixture of 2-3 days in the office and the rest at home
