I am currently recruiting a Trainee Maintenance Administrator to join a large manufacturing company in Lincoln, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a highly successful and expanding business, with real opportunity for career growth.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support to the Maintenance function, responsible for the development and co-ordination of the company's planned productive maintenance scheduling system, liaising with internal and external service providers, shop floor personnel and relevant support functions to achieve and maintain maximum efficiency levels.
Skills & Experience:
" Managing and developing the maintenance data system
" Planning machine services in consultation with relevant personnel
" Ordering and expediting spares, equipment and services from suppliers
" Organise and co-ordinate in liaison with management both internal and external resources for scheduled service activities
" Controlling maintenance stock items
" Control maintenance data, information and associated equipment manuals
" Control and recording of all maintenance data records
" Costing and cost analysis reports
" Maintain expenditure & budget records
" General administrative office work
Duties & Responsibilities:

Salary - £15,796 + great benefit package
Job Type - Permanent
Working Hours - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
