Brook Street is working with our client and with that comes an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Paralegal to join the House builder Team of their Commercial property department in Edinburgh.

Our client has an experienced and respected team of dedicated solicitors and support staff who have been involved in the house building and construction industry for many years.

The role will involve administration of a caseload of transactions, all aspects of plot sales, issuing contracts, acquisition and re-sale of part-exchange properties for house builders and producing online builder reports.

The role requires a strong team player who is able to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues. Reporting to an Associate and to the Partner responsible, the ideal candidate would have excellent attention to detail, a professional manner and would be in the process of completing an appropriate Paralegal qualification in either Residential Property or Commercial Property.

Our client will also consider applicants who have relevant work experience and are willing to working towards an appropriate Paralegal qualification.
