Trainee Recruitment Role. £18,000 - £22,000 Starting off Salary Plus OTE of £25k - £45k

We have an amazing opportunity to work for a well-known recruitment agency based in Addlestone. They are looking for someone well presented eager to learn who has some experience in sales and used to working to targets.

This is a junior role where you will be learning from some of the top consultants in their sector you will start off by learning the skill of resourcing where you will source candidates and place them in suited roles, Interview and work closely with consultants to fill jobs and look for new companies to try and build new relationships.

There will also be an admin side to job where you will be required to fill, and upload Job descriptions spread sheets and more.
