My client is a network and security solutions provider, focused on addressing the IT demands of the UK`s leading businesses. They have developed strategic relationships with global vendors, as well as prominent relationships with emerging vendors, to provide the optimum solution to customer requirements.
You need to be confident in cold calling and taking the initiative for this position, have good internet research skills, have a confident telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a genuine interest in learning how to sell and manage clients within the corporate IT market.
This is a full time, permanent position and full training will be provided, covering Sales Techniques, Presentation Skills, Understanding Commercial Markets along with Vendor IT Products and Solutions training. You will join the Company`s successful and established team, where you will also receive mentoring and support from the more senior team members to ensure you build a great foundation and develop your skill set.
Whilst training as the Trainee Sales Account Executive you will learn with the Key Vendors in today`s Industry such as Cisco, HPE and Dell and work with the team who specialise in selling IT Networking & IT Security Infrastructure Solutions to mid-market enterprise clients.
Your duties and responsibilities as the Trainee Sales Account Executive will be to provide support to senior team members, developing new client accounts and opportunities, follow up leads, creating quotes/proposals, and working to targets. This is a lot of cold calling involved with this role, and you need to have a high level of customer service.
My client is looking for someone who is confident and professional, with an outgoing personality. Ideally you will have some experience of using CRM and email systems, have a good command of English (written and spoken) and from an I.T. background.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 a year, plus commission
