Job Description

Trainee Sales Administrator
Salary £20,000 (Depending on age & experience)
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00

This amazing company are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated, individual who is looking to start their career. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to develop Sales skills within this successful organisation.



DUTIES:

  • Dealing with incoming enquiries by phone, fax or e-mail
  • Quoting and progressing enquiries.
  • Processing orders & ensuring customer delivery dates are met.
  • Purchasing
  • Taking ownership of orders and customer requirements to ensure that our exceptional levels of service are maintained.
  • Building relationships with Customers to ensure repeat business.




ABOUT YOU:

  • Computer literate with excellent communication skills
  • C grade minimum GCSE or above in English and Maths essential
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload
  • Reliable and possess an excellent work ethic
  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail
  • Smart appearance with good time keeping
  • Confident , enthusiastic and outgoing
