The company are a market leader in the UK in training operations looking for a professional, cofident Training Administrator to join the team.
To be successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator and able to deliver exceptional levels of customer service embracing their Service Excellence Philosophy.
You will communicate effectively with customers, fellow Technical services, sales and team members within their business functions. You will have an excellent telephone manner and the confidence to question the caller to ensure the make and model of the product is correct so the trainer is fully prepared before the meeting.
You will liaise with instructors and book training courses into their diaries ensuring you manage the diaries effectively.
You will have the confidence to build a rapour with B2B customers and issues product information, training will be provided.
You will be a fabulous administrator with the ability to carry out various admin tasks throughout your day using Microsoft Office, Excel and SAGE packages
You will be required to organise training manuals, maintain training records, raise purchase orders, monitor and order PPE consumables when needed. And any other Adhoc duties required.
Salary will be £9.25ph Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm. Fri 8am-3pm with 30 minuet lunch.
