Job Description

In partnership with a leading health and social care provider, who specialises in person centred care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, across multiple locations in the UK, I am recruiting a TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PARTNER.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering outstanding training and development programmes, to support their operations teams. You will have a passion for, and experience of implementing training relating to Autism and Positive Behaviour Support.

You will be required to travel across services in the Midlands and Gloucestershire regions, working closely with all categories of staff, CQC and external partners.

You will be involved in:
" Designing, developing, and delivering quality training solutions and programmes
" Delivering exciting and engaging induction programmes
" Managing refresher training programmes for existing staff
" Providing regular reports, analysis and feedback
" Partnering with operational teams, to provide exceptional training and on-boarding
" Optimising the use of new e-learning and IT technologies
" Creating engaging training materials and keeping up to date with new learning trends

To be considered for this exceptional Training and Development Partner Role, you will need the following Skills and Experience:
" PTLLS / AET training qualification or equivalent.
" Minimum of 2 years` experience of delivering training e-learning and online modules.
" Excellent Its skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Database management
" Strong communications skills both written and verbal
" Flexible and adaptable team player
" Driving licence and use of own car essential due to travel
