Job Description

Job Description:

Formatting of comprehensive professional training packs prepared by Learning and Development department.


Assist with the creation of interactive power points to be used within workshops for the Training Academy.


Assist with the creation of webcasts, webinars and e learning content.


Liase with all departments within the business

Coordinate training across the firm as requested


Set up training courses, manage delegate lists, update attendance statuses and monitor evaluations


Manage and maintain a log of all training, including processing invoices and recording expenses


Organise and manage internal and external training and any associated travel when required


Assisting with set up of the training room and preparing for the training workshops, ensuring all attendees have access to correct materials.


Support the coordination of internal assessment and selection processes

Produce training information reports ensuring all new starters are enrolled on the relevant training courses including inductions, reviewing training schedules, booking speakers, maintaining training diary and attending meetings


Maintain a log of all on-going professional qualifications, memberships and Apprenticeships being undertaken across the firm, generally supporting the team with all administration and coordination.

Education and Experience:
You will enjoy working in a busy team and be passionate about providing exceptional support, and will have:


" Good level of basic education including Grade C or above in Maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent)
" Strong IT Skills (Microsoft Office 2010, specifically Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Webcast
" Experience of working in a team providing administrative support
" Experience of booking training/events and diary management
" Ideally experience of working with Learning Management Systems, though not essential
