A very well established Legal Training provider based in the City of London is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join their busy team.
You will be responsible for the training admin cycle including :
Booking in delegates onto courses
Chasing for coursework prior to them attending courses
Communication with delegates over the phone to confirm joining instructions
Liaising with trainers to ensure they are fully prepared for course venue/delegates etc
Liaising with internal venue to finalise course details
Ordering course materials to ensure deadlines are met
This role will suit an experienced Training/ Learning and Development administrator with good customer service experience - who has a good eye for detail, can work to deadlines and is a collaborative team player
