" £23,000 to £27,000 - Dependent on experience

" Responsible for the implementation, overview, organisation, and delivery of training programmes to improve the knowledge, skills, and competence of care staff.

We are currently recruiting for full time Trainer to join our home care company and help grow their business from strength to strength.
As a multi award winning home care provider with an outstanding CQC rating. This provides home care across the whole of London we help vulnerable people to live ordinary lives within their home and community offering support and guidance.

The Role
" Deliver the country specific Induction Training programme for all new care staff ensuring they attain the relevant level of competence to deliver their role.
" Complete on the job competency assessments to ensure care staff have the right skills and knowledge.
" Work closely with the office team to ensure all new staff are fully supported in their first 3 months of employment.
" Responsible for delivering training as outlined in the care staff.
" Development Journey for all care staff, ensuring all relevant refresher training is completed within the correct timescales.
" Develop training and enhance the skills of the existing team through personal development plans.
" Identify and agree additional training or development needed to build competence and confidence of the staff.
" Evaluate the effectiveness of all training, identifying training gaps and recommending relevant training solutions to meet these needs.
" Working with all care staff and role model high quality care in the client's home.
" Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records and the team's training compliance is up-to date at all time.
" To keep up to date with all new developments in the Health and Social Care Sector and ensure all training materials reflect current legislative requirements.

Essential Criteria
" Must have relevant training experience.
" A good knowledge of health and social care.
" Must have experience in preparing and delivering training programmes.
" Must hold relevant up to date qualifications in line with training delivery requirements of the office.
" Excellent presentation skills.
" Ability to communicate and motivate others, helping them to achieve their potential.
" Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, working with databases and virtual communication platforms with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate.


In return to your commitment and dedication to this job role a starting salary of £23,000 t £27,000 dependant on experience this is along with other benefits such as mileage expenses, annual leave including bank holidays, pension scheme, social events, ongoing training to help with career development plus more.
