Training Support Co-Ordinator

Job Description

This Training company in Stockport is looking for a co-ordinator to support clients and students in relation to end point assessments. You will be central to the assessment journey, driving the process from the very beginning of a student's learning journey right through to them completing the course.

Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibility for administering end-point assessment for all students on an apprenticeship standard
Main point of contact for external end-point assessment organisations and colleagues within the team
Co-ordinate the key pieces of relevant information through the learning journey from start to end, recording and maintaining information on internal and external systems
Register students with end point assessment organisations and manage bookings for interviews, discussions, presentations and exams
Co-ordinate the student and employer experience
Maintain up to date process guides in line with regulations and funding rules.


You should have excellent IT skills, great communication skills and good time management. You will also need knowledge of apprenticeships and end point assessments. It goes without saying that you should have a flexible approach and be a real team player
