Hours: 37.5 per week
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm, with flexibility
Contract length: until 08/11/19 with a possibility of extension
Location: Monks Cross (York)
We are looking for two Process Assistants to join a small team.
You will create and update training guides for other team members to follow. By combining old guidelines and researching how to complete certain tasks, you will update the training manuals in Microsoft Word. You must be confident in Microsoft Word and cropping/editing images. Your process guides will include workflow instructions accompanied with screenshots.
You will have contact with internal teams so good communication is required.
o Excellent communication skills and experience of being able to deal with the management of casework, queries and policy issues, leading to the resolution of exceptions.
o Confident and experience in Microsoft Word
o Confident in editing/cropping screenshots and images
o Ability to work to strict deadlines and follow detailed policy documents
o Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail, accuracy and good problem solving skills
o Effective team player and work equally as well on their own
o Experience of providing a high-quality customer service
o MS Excel skills and experience of other Microsoft Office products
o Experience of Oracle
o Experience of working with teams across multiple sites
o Good negotiating/decision making skills
You must not have been outside of the UK for more than 30 consecutive days in the last 3 years to be considered for this role.
