Job Description

We are looking for a Programme Management Analyst (Strategy and Planning Directorate) who is immediately available for a temporary assignment - initially 3-6 months based in Shrewsbury- currently working from home.

Essential
"Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience in transformation and change
"Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2
"Knowledge, expertise and experience in project management, service transformation and service redesign
"Knowledge of the external environment including national and regional strategies, priorities and political agenda
"Experience of interpreting business data and information to enable service redesign
+Experience in delivering successful outcomes in relation to large scale projects
"Experience of developing and documenting processes using process mapping, change management and improvement methodologies
"Experience in planning and delivering major transformational change
"Experience of and ability to resolve conflict in an effective but non-aggressive manner.
"High level of interpersonal, presentation, written, oral skills
"Political and diplomatic skills and awareness of organisational culture and the sensitive nature of material.
"Ability to listen and take input from others.
"Ability to plan workload considering conflicting priorities and deadlines.
"Able to effectively work across organisational boundaries, motivate and inspire teams, influencing others to secure agreement.
"Able to act as catalyst for change, encouraging innovation and creativity in service redesign.
"Highly computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Project and Visio)

"Relevant post graduate Masters qualification
