Job Description
We are recruiting a Transport Administrator to join a local business consisting of 3 people based in Avonmouth, Bristol.
Transport Administrator Responsibilities:
- Order processing
- Setting up contracts and new clients on a dedicated system
- Routing of vehicles for delivery
- Communicating with merchants, farmers and drivers
- General customer services
- Creating reports on dedicated system through Excel
- General office duties including filing, photocopying
Transport Administrator Skills:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self motivated
- Great telephone manner
- Excel experience
- Highly organised
Transport Administrator Hours/Benefits:
- £23,000 PA
- 9 am - 5 pm
- 5 Day Week
- Small team of 3
- Hybrid working pattern
