Job Description
Brook Street Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Transport Administrator to join their team in Randalstown.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in a similar transport/logistics role to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage driver hours, working time directive, and infringements
- Maintain CPC training records and oversee driver inductions
- Report and log incidents, accidents, and driver H&S training
- Liaise with insurance providers for driver and vehicle cover
- Oversee fleet compliance including vehicle leasing, maintenance, and disposal
- Manage fuel cards, vehicle tracking systems, and operator licensing
- Ensure all waste management and permit documentation is accurate
- Coordinate textile bank logistics and maintain driver documentation
Criteria
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics administration role is essential
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Able to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
Benefits
- £30,000 per annum salary
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
