Our client based in Halesfield are looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to join their busy and proactive team in this new role.

You will be an experienced Transport Administrator with excellent attention to detail.

Advanced Excel and excellent numeracy skills are essential with a good understanding of Transport legislation and 3PL.

A confident communicator who can challenge anomalies and analyse data and statistics. You will be using various systems including Outlook email, Excel, Citrix and FTA.

Duties:
" Payroll: Checking clocking information - applying manual over-rides to system when needed.
" Dealing with agency driver timesheets.
" Compiling payroll agency spreadsheets and raising purchase orders
" Using Sage
" Ordering driver uniforms, cleaning supplies and stationery
" Planning and recording holidays updating sickness and absence information
" Updating Drive calendars - rest breaks
" Producing various daily, weekly and monthly reports
" Utilising various IT systems
" Monitoring and analysing tacho information
" Confident communicator and strong ability to liaise at all levels
" Cost analysis against budgets
" Checking legislative documentation and preparation for audits
" Accurate filing
