Job Description

Our client is a manufacturing company based in Cheshire who are looking for a Transport Co-Ordinator to join the team

Responsibilities within the role will include:
Arranging all transportation for UK and Overseas
Obtain transport quotations for the Sales Department
Preparation of documentation including legalisation for shipping purposes
Answering the telephone and general office duties
Reviewing and preparing job sheets
Providing holiday cover for the purchasing and production department when required

You should have previous experience and working knowledge of export/import procedures and dispatch. Great computer skills are important with good communication skills and able to work as part of a team


Working hours are 8:30 to 4:30 and 4pm finish on a Friday
