We are on the hunt for a Transport Co-ordinator to join a well-established business in Huntingdon.

This company pride themselves in their brand and image, their vehicles are a massive part of this! Being well known throughout Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas you will be a crucial part of ensuring that there is a smooth daily running of there transport operation.

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (fully office based)

Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities & Key Skills Required:

• Assist with co-ordination of the driver rota and communicate with the transport team to resource on requirements
• Check driver timesheets and confirm hours worked and cross reference on tracker systems
• Be a key communicator with the maintenance and workshop team regarding any vehicle downtime/servicing or maintenance issues
• Updating transport system with all information to keep track of vehicles
• Provision of administration support to the transport coordinators and management within the department
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work under instruction whilst also using own initiative
• Highly organised
• Hold a UK Driving Licence with own transport - on occasion may have to travel for business between sites
